Job Purpose

As part of the corporate team, you will be responsible for planning, developing implementing and delivering the Organizations Digital marketing strategies

Role and Responsibilities

As a Digital Marketing(Google Ads Specialist), you will be responsible for

  • Complete responsibility of Google Ads, Face book ads, LinkedIn Ads
  • End to end campaign management (From forecasting to executing, monitoring, evaluating and optimizing campaign performance to generate maximum leads)
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize campaigns
  • Optimize the ad copy, landing pages for the best lead quality
  • Optimize the campaigns regularly for improving performance
  • Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Build on an existing level of search engine marketing expertise and develop a reputation for innovation and efficiency
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in search engine marketing, digital marketing as well as consumer behaviour and recommend improvements
  • Monitor and evaluate web analytics dashboards and reports in order to develop and recommend SEO strategies
Skill Requirements
  • Help formulate and administer policies to ensure the integrity of the Organization
  • Act as an internal consultant to bring attention and solutions to institutional priorities. Exceptional leadership skills
  • Responsible for the achievement of Digital marketing and financial objectives
  • Ensure that evaluation systems are in place related to these goals and objectives
  • Ensure that the Organization regularly conducts relevant market research and coordinate and oversee this activity. Monitor trends
  • Lead projects as assigned, such as cause-related marketing
Qualifications

Masters/Bachelors or any equivalent degree, certified courses technical & non-technical on core competency subject matters relevant to the field of expertise. Experience: 2 - 6 years in Digital Marketing Industry
